BALANCED EQUINE TRAINING
Allowing horses to be the best they can be.Welcome to Arlyn’s blog. Many have asked, we have all wanted… here it is!

I have always started my introduction by thanking the rider that I am working with. Depending upon the discipline it might sound something like this; You can already walk trot and Canter and jump 4 foot fences, I’m not here how to teach you how to do that, I am here to teach you how to do it better. Another intro that I frequently use sounds like this; You can already walk, trot, and canter successfully through the FEI levels of Grand Prix Dressage…this program will allow you and your horse to do it effortlessly. Horse owners of all disciplines who care about what is best for your horse have told me endlessly that I need to write a book. If you are part of this chorus, I thank you for your patience. If you have heard about me and would like to understand more about this program, here goes. This program is not for beginner riders. We all would like to think that we actually ride both sides of the horse. Understanding that from the beginning we influence our horses positively or negatively. We are left handed or right handed and with a few simple body awareness exercises you can start to help yourself and your horse immediately. We also want results and no one wants negative feedback. Everybody’s reality of their day-to-day life is different. Recently I had a client tell me that not only did I change their horses life, but I also had an immense affect on the<br>humans that participate in this program. When we can experience joy with our equine partner/partners, and realize that they are enjoying their work, in my mind this is success. What does success look like to you? Are the classes that you compete in based on an opinion, are they subjective? Every recipe has different ingredients. I have always said that every sandbox is different. What do I mean by that? Every discipline desires Goldilocks footing …a jumper Rider looks for different footing than a reining Rider. An event Rider will look for different footing than a barrel racer. A very important component, and ingredients to a successful recipe will be the understanding of communication. This program will allow your horse to effortlessly answer your questions. this program addresses the whole horse. Mentally and physically your horse will be able to successfully accomplish every task.
